With 40+ years in the business, we bring a wealth of experience and a strong problem-solving mindset.
I take pride in working with a talented team committed to finding solutions and delivering excellent results. A key part of my role is mentoring and growing our team members, helping them develop into the next generation of industry leaders.
Outside of work, I focus on family and supporting those around me. Whether it’s helping loved ones or being there for friends and community, I enjoy taking care of people and making a positive difference in their lives.
Julian Buhler
General Manager
I’m an experienced Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years in residential and commercial construction.
I work closely with clients to manage budgets, provide cost estimates, and keep projects on track from start to finish.
Collaborating with our talented team to turn clients' ideas into reality is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work. Whether it’s a custom home or commercial project, I take pride in delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and staying active outdoors, whether it's exploring trails or enjoying nature.
Clive Green
Project Manager
With over 30 years in construction, including 20 years specializing in frame and truss detailing, I’ve worked on a wide range of residential and multi-unit projects.
My role involves understanding your project needs, managing timelines and quality, and overseeing our team and resources to ensure everything runs smoothly.
I deeply value the strong team and the ongoing support I receive here, which makes a real difference in delivering successful projects.
Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, hiking, fishing, and spending quality time with my family.
Flynn O'Leary
Quantity Surveyor
With a background in real estate and technical industries, I bring a practical, detail-oriented approach to every project, ensuring each aspect is thoroughly planned and executed.
I work closely with clients to develop budgets, provide accurate cost estimates, and manage project timelines, all while ensuring quality results are delivered on time and within budget.
Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, mountain biking, and reading, activities that help me stay active, clear-headed, and continually inspired.
